CRSM Work Study Program, Inc. uses the PACE vanpool program for its commuter services (i.e., transporting its workers to-and-from their workplaces).
The Service must be open to the public (within the limits of schedule and space availability) and shall not be restricted to a particular group of individuals. The Parties shall cooperate to ensure that no person is denied the opportunity to participate in the Service or is subjected to discrimination in the conduct of the Service because of the person’s race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, mental or physical disability, or sexual orientation or in any manner contrary to applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq., and 49 C.F.R. part 21 (Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation).
