Customer Service Typical Responsibilities

You would be amazed at how much our students can help improve office efficiencies –  polite, eager to learn, and bilingual are all assets they can bring.  Look through some of the activities below to get ideas on how Cristo Rey students can start supporting your office today.

Opening Procedures: Check drop box, county money left in box, check voicemails.

Business hours coverage: Help customers understand bills and receive payments, primarily cash.  Work with customers in English and Spanish to ensure resolution to their questions.

Telephone and Visitors: Answer phones promptly and in a welcoming manner – assist callers in reaching appropriate person to address their needs.  Greet any person entering client site and direct to the appropriate person.

Work as cashier at client retail business; interact with customers with focus on client business commitment to high level of customer satisfaction.

Open domestic/international service tickets.

Interact with customers via email regarding quotes and courtesy calls for warranty service resolved with shipping a replacement part.

As a Junior he has continued to deliver high quality results for the team. He’s established himself as the team’s expert on call listening and tying it into the customer experience.
