The Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP)
Our CWSP program meets your business needs and drives success.
In addition to its rigorous college preparatory curriculum, Cristo Rey St. Martin is known for its innovative Corporate Work Study Program. We are proud of the hard work and creativity of our highly-motivated students — each carries a full course load. They are a group of diverse and talented individuals.
Flexible Work Arrangements
We work with you to create flexible work arrangements because we understand they can offer benefits for both you and our students- such as workforce retention, sustainability, and work-life balance. We are able to adapt and meet the needs of our business partners with their distinctive workplace styles or requirements. Whether a workplace calls for in-person, remote, or hybrid settings, we are adept at collaborating with you to ensure our students thrive in any professional environment.
