Quality Assurance
The students allow Barilla employees to work on their coaching and managerial skills, while also helping with tasks that improve Barilla’s day to day operations. Monse practiced her Excel skills by using the VLOOKUP function to pull in item specifications. These specs are in turn used to request that our customers order items in certain quantities. If our customers comply with the request, we can save money and avoid manual case picking at our warehouses.
