The Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP)

Our CWSP program meets your business needs and drives success.

In addition to its rigorous college preparatory curriculum, Cristo Rey St. Martin is known for its innovative Corporate Work Study Program. We are proud of the hard work and creativity of our highly-motivated students — each carries a full course load. They are a group of diverse and talented individuals.

Flexible Work Arrangements

We work with you to create flexible work arrangements because we understand they can offer benefits for both you and our students- such as workforce retention, sustainability, and work-life balance. We are able to adapt and meet the needs of our business partners with their distinctive workplace styles or requirements. Whether a workplace calls for in-person, remote, or hybrid settings, we are adept at collaborating with you to ensure our students thrive in any professional environment.

Workplace Readiness Training
We don’t just connect with your company or organization; we partner and build relationships.  We work with you to match students with their best fit so they can reach achievable goals for your organization.  To prepare each student for the work-study program, CRSM hosts workplace readiness training. We teach foundational skills that are transferable to any career and monitor and work closely with you and the student on an ongoing basis through a dedicated CWSP staff member and your supervisor.  Students come prepared for work with a clear understanding of the criteria by which they will be evaluated for performance. This helps guarantee success and productivity for both the students and the departments in which they work.
CWSP: A Separate 501c(3)
The Corporate Work Study Program is a separately incorporated non-profit and functions like an employment agency. Your company pays a competitive fee for the services provided. It is a business expense, not a donation. Student earnings are applied directly to their education. The money earned covers the cost of tuition not covered by traditional fundraising and family tuition payments, making a college preparatory education possible for those who otherwise could not afford it. Cristo Rey manages all job-related paperwork and employment expenses including payroll taxes, worker’s comp, liability insurance and benefits. This allows students and our business partners to focus on work, relationships and impact.
